Ordering, shipping, and refunds
Every order is packed and answered by the author. Write to connor@blueprintofwater.com and Connor reads it. For anything about an order, include the name the order was placed under and the email address from checkout, and it will be found in a minute.
Ordering
The first edition costs $45 a copy, or $35 a copy at 10 or more for classrooms and crews. Payment runs through Stripe, and the charge on your statement reads BLUEPRINT OF WATER. New Mexico orders collect gross receipts tax at checkout. Preorders ship the week of September 21, in order of purchase, with reserved copies claimed first.
Shipping
Books ship from Albuquerque, New Mexico to United States addresses. Shipping is a flat $7 an order, or $25 for a bulk case of 10 or more. You get a tracking number by email when your box is on its way. If you are outside the United States and want the book, write to the address above and we will work something out by hand.
Refunds and returns
A preorder can be cancelled for a full refund any time before it ships; one email does it. After delivery, you have 30 days to return a book in resalable condition for a refund of the book price; you cover the return postage. If a book arrives damaged, misprinted, or never arrives at all, we replace it free, no return needed, though a photo of the damage helps us take it up with the carrier. Refunds go back to the original card and usually land within five to ten business days.
About the book itself
Found an error, or an explanation that could be better? That kind of mail has its own page with prefilled subjects: send book feedback. It goes to the same desk, sorted the way the second edition will need it.
